I love the way that Dog and Hat lists the roasters they use on the site.
They do state that although you may receive coffees from the same roaster it will be a different coffee.
At €17 per month for a two bag subscription it’s great value.
There are also 3 and 4 bag options. There is also the facility to log into the members area and add extra bags.
The CoffeesAt the end of the day it’s all about the coffee though isn’t it.
In my mind a subscription box is a way of finding new coffees to enjoy.
So how did they do?
Impressed I Was!
The first of the coffees I taste tested was.
Manumit House Roast called Sipi Falls.
Oh my! What a beautiful coffee. I stood smelling the beans for about 5 minutes.
Smooth, velvety and not a hint of bitterness. I could drink this all day.
The second bag was from Craft House Coffee of Ugandan origin.
It has a lovely vanilla aroma. With subtle hints of raspberry and a Caramel body.
I did enjoy this coffee first thing in the morning before the madness of the day started.
I have to say that Dog and Hat have convinced me of the advantages of a coffee subscription box.
Based on the two I received I would have no doubts that each month I’d receive two amazing coffees.
I might have added a subscription to my Santa list.
I was sent a two bag coffee subscription box from Dog and Hat free of charge. In exchange for an honest review.
